Refund Policy

At AtoZ Marketing Kit, we aim to provide reliable software-as-a-service (SaaS) portals and WhatsApp Business API tools. Because our services involve digital provisioning, developer hours, and direct integration with Meta Business manager nodes, our refund guidelines are clearly structured below:

1. Evaluation and Trial Verification

To prevent post-purchase issues, we offer comprehensive live demos, platform configuration trials, and feature walkthroughs. We strongly encourage all clients to test dashboard capabilities, API integration modules, and Meta number verification steps before purchasing a subscription plan.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

We cannot issue refunds for the following items once purchase is completed:

  • Setup & Customization Charges: Custom developer hours used to configure CRM pipelines, map webhook headers, or write custom API configurations are non-refundable.
  • Meta Conversation Billing: Payments made for Meta conversation credits are processed instantly through Meta Platform servers and are strictly non-refundable.
  • Ongoing Active Subscriptions: Active monthly or annual subscriptions where the dashboard and WhatsApp API nodes have been successfully provisioned.
  • Policy Violation Blocks: If your WhatsApp API phone number is suspended or blocked by Meta due to policy violations, spamming, sending unauthorized bulk marketing broadcasts, or failing to secure user opt-ins, no refunds will be issued.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under these specific situations:

  • Setup Failures: If we fail to provision your dashboard or WhatsApp API routing configuration due to technical errors on our end within seven (7) business days of purchase.
  • Double Billing: If your card or bank account is billed twice for the same subscription period due to a system processing error.

4. Refund Submission Process

To request a refund, please follow this process:

  • Submit your request by emailing waapi@atozmarketingkit.in.
  • Include your registered corporate name, transaction receipt, payment ID, the email used during signup, and a description of the setup issue.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

5. Processing Timelines & Adjustments

Once your refund request is received and verified:

  • Our technical and billing teams will review the request within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, or UPI wallet).
  • It may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
  • Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway (usually 2-3%) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a billing dispute, we ask that you contact us at waapi@atozmarketingkit.in or call us at +91 7982506651 before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving payment discrepancies fairly and promptly.
